This Chain Top Hung Skylight features a concealed electric chain drive and opens outward and upward; the motor can be fully concealed within the window frame or mounted externally on the profile, resulting in a minimalist, clean appearance and quiet operation. It provides ventilation while keeping rain out, making it ideal for sunrooms in villas, skylights on patios, and residential ventilation skylights. With its lightweight and aesthetically pleasing design, it is suitable for standard small- to medium-sized glass skylights and is the leading choice for high-end residential lighting and ventilation solutions.

Large chain-operated skylights require a dual-chain motor. They support various configurations, including single-panel, double-panel, or triple-panel arrangements, and can be flexibly customized to suit the building’s spatial layout and daylighting needs, making them suitable for installation in a variety of settings.
The profiles feature multi-layer water-blocking baffles and perimeter drainage channels; when the window sash is open, a gap is present, and when closed, the entire frame presses against the EPDM rubber gasket to ensure a seal.
