  • A mobile sunroom is a modular, sliding-track, retractable, and overlapping prefabricated sunroom. Using a track-and-rack-and-pinion system, multiple modular units can be retracted or extended to open or close the entire space. It is available in two drive types: manual and electric.

  • Equipped with a full range of customizable upgrade options to meet the diverse needs of international customers across various scenarios and for high-end applications. Optional features include: an electric smart opening/closing system (remote control/app operation), electric honeycomb blinds, Low-E low-emissivity insulated glass (for enhanced thermal insulation and condensation prevention), self-cleaning anti-stain glass, LED ambient lighting strips, a smart ventilation system, custom frame colors, and extended tracks to increase the opening area. All optional accessories are designed to fit the original structure and are installation-compatible, significantly enhancing the sunroom’s smart features, comfort, and practicality.

  • The product is designed for use in a wide range of climates worldwide: in Southeast Asia and the Middle East—regions characterized by high temperatures and heavy rainfall—it features an upgraded drainage system and a UV-resistant coating to address issues such as water accumulation and intense sun exposure; in Europe and North America—regions with severe cold and heavy snowfall—it incorporates thicker profiles and a specially designed tilt angle to withstand heavy snow and strong winds; and in coastal areas, it uses a specialized salt-fog-resistant material to prevent corrosion from sea breezes, making it suitable for all types of extreme climates.

  • The core aluminum alloy frame of the sunroom has a service life of up to 20–30 years. It is rust-proof, corrosion-resistant, and resistant to aging, and will not warp or fade even after long-term outdoor use. The tempered glass has a service life of over 20 years. Consumable parts such as weatherstripping, sliding tracks, and motors have a service life of 5–8 years; as these are wear-and-tear components, they can be easily replaced individually without affecting the functionality of the overall structure.

  • This retractable sunroom is designed for low maintenance; daily upkeep simply involves periodically cleaning dust and debris from the glass surfaces and sliding tracks to ensure smooth operation. The aluminum alloy frame is waterproof and corrosion-resistant, requiring no special painting or maintenance. We recommend inspecting the weatherstripping and fasteners quarterly to ensure a proper seal. Overall maintenance costs are extremely low, and we offer affordable, universal replacement parts, making this product ideal for long-term use.

  • The production cycle for standard products is 45 days; production time for custom orders depends on their complexity. All products are packaged to export-grade standards: foam padding plus fumigation-free export-grade plywood crates. We support sea and air freight, as well as international trade terms such as FOB and CIF, and offer global logistics delivery.
