Frame forming (overall full welding reinforcement)

Outdoor weather resistant surface treatment

The outdoor kitchen is an all-in-one, weather-resistant food preparation and grilling station designed to blend seamlessly into the backyard. It features a Q235 steel internal frame and aluminum panels as the exterior cladding, and integrates a built-in grill, sink, storage, and bar counter, with pre-installed water, gas, and electrical lines. It is ideal for backyard dinners and barbecues and is distinct from simple portable grills.
All-in-one direct-vent outdoor kitchens for home use typically have a maximum length of 5.5–6 meters and a depth of 0.9–1.05 meters for a single section; lengths exceeding 6 meters require a modular design. L-shaped, U-shaped, or commercial models can be made even longer, but due to slab size and truck transport limitations, extra-long countertops require slab splicing.
The entire structure features aluminum alloy exterior panels, with welded reinforcements at the joints and sealed with specialized outdoor structural adhesive, providing excellent outdoor water resistance and easily withstanding everyday rain.
The device can be used normally in light rain; electrical components are not affected by rain. In case of severe weather, such as strong winds or heavy rain, it is not recommended to operate the device outdoors; prioritize personal safety.
With normal outdoor use and proper basic maintenance, the product has an overall service life of up to 8 years; the unit comes with a 1-year warranty (limited to non-human-caused damage; wear-and-tear parts are not covered by the warranty).
1. For daily cleaning, wipe down the cabinet body, door panels, and countertops with water and a neutral detergent. Avoid strong acids, strong alkalis, and abrasive cleaners to prevent damage to the surface coating.
2. Clean the drainage holes at the bottom of the cabinet regularly to prevent silt, sand, and debris from clogging them and causing water to accumulate;
3. Inspect the sealant around the countertop, sink, and stove cutouts annually. If cracks or delamination are found, replace the sealant promptly with outdoor-grade MS-modified silane sealant. Apply weather-resistant grease to hinges and locking hardware periodically to extend their service life.
4. In long-term outdoor environments, it is recommended to periodically rinse the surface to remove dust and salt deposits, thereby maintaining the appearance and corrosion resistance.
